Unique Constraint error while running TCC Export

Hello Folks,

While extracting New-Hire information from the Taleo system using the TCC script i'm facing Unique Constraint issue. 
Wondering if anyone else has also had similar problem so their insight can help! 

I have also come across a bug which talks about this - Bug 23140166.

*This error is encountered only when there are filters (Applications,CSWLatestStep,Name; Applications,CSWLatestStatus,Name) added to the export.
