Taleo Career Section Branding - Is there a sample file that works?

The sample file doesn't work - throws javascript error when attempting to create in Taleo.

We're working with a graphic designer who's used the sample file as a baseline for his work.  When I attempt to upload it and create a Corporate Portal Brand for our internal career section, it throws a javascript error..  Is there a new sample file to use?  I've seen the two as samples for mobile career sections - and they are great - but I need one that's not for mobile use.
