Filters on a Pivot Table

Hi there, we have a pivot table report for employees phone numbers (XML attached). The report has filters to only report on UK employees where the termination date is null. When we run the report it would appear that employees based in other countries are pulling into the report (screenshot attached). Please could someone help advise how we filter when using a pivot table view?
