Overall Fit

Hi all,

Is there anyone who exactly knows how the overall fit shown in the screenshot is influenced by?

I noticed the more are the content types filled in for the employee, the more is the overall fit value (e.g. if an employee has both a performance and a proficiency score, then he collects a higher overall fit compared to an employee with only a proficiency evaluation).

However, it could be appreciated if someone can give me further information on it and details about the calculation in under the overall fit value.
