Time spent in each step in CSW status

I need a report to identify how much time is spent in each of the CSW steps during a selection process

Hi,

I am trying to build a report with list of candidates and their time spent on each of the CSW steps. If not at a candidate level, it should be at a requisition level. In this case it will be time spent for the candidates at each step.

Has anybody built any report on this? I am also trying to understand how to apply FILTER on every column as it allows me to put a filter only on the measure and not on columns.
