Reporting Folder Access

Summary

User Group not showing under the SmartOrg Reporting User Groups pane.

I am trying to assign a user group to a particular folder. But I do not see the User group I created when  I go into :

 Configuration - [Reporting and Analytics] Oracle BI Administration - [Folder Security] Edit.

What am I doing wrong?
