We are trying to drive managers to the system more and are investigating the Submission Progression Notification. In particular, we are testing having this email notification sent when candidates are moved to the step at which the hiring managers begin to have access to view candidate job submissions in the requisition. We are finding though, that for every group or individual candidate moved to this step, a separate email is sent to the hiring manager (thankfully if a group of candidates are moved in mass, only one email is sent but if two groups are sent, two emails are sent
