Template - Share Candidate Notification - Header & Logo, User {Other.UserFirstName} points to sender

The use of {Other.UserFirstName} in the message template incorrectly shows sender and not recipient

While I think this issue is pervasive with the use of the Header & Logo, User paragraph - I'm hoping for a workaround to get the actual addressee/recipient to show in the body of the notification.  

What are y'all doing with this?  Maybe I missed something with setup?
