Contingent Workers can be associated to a Payroll

Summary

Contingent Workers can be associated to a Payroll

Content

Hi,

In Fusion it is possible to assign a Contingent Worker to a Payroll, a Grade, a Salary, Recurring and Non-Recurring Elements.  In EBS this is not possible since Contingent Workers cannot be paid via the Payroll.  I have been told (via an ER) that it is intended behaviour in Fusion; therefore, does anyone know what data would be supplied to HMRC and the reasoning behind this behaviour?  I am very surprised this is intended behaviour since the data supplied to HMRC includes Date of Birth, NI Number and Address; all data items which is not provided by Contingent Workers to Clients.
