    Currently there are 4 countries using HCM Cloud and now we have plan to implement HCM COre/Talent/Compensation for Hongkong.

    And For Us Employees we are in Co-existance model where in the source system is Peoplesoft and we have talent and compensation modules implementated in Fusion HCM.And for data loading from peoplesoft to Fusion we are currently using FBL.

    Now with hongkong implementation we are also planning to move from FBL to HDL for US Employees.

    So just wanted to understand,if we will use source Key/Guid for US Population and for Hongkong since its a one time Load can we go ahead and use user key for one time load .
