URL to Direct to Filtered Job Search List (TBE)

We have a search filter named Position Title which is a fixed list for our Store positions. I would like to link directly to the filtered position list using one or two of the positions. For example, if I select General Managers, it shows me all GM jobs within the company. When I copy and paste the results link, the filter drops off and it shows me a list of all positions. I want to post a link on our internal site to direct individuals to the list of only GM positions. I see the URL generator is an option in TEE, but is
