Hi, 

 

We are currently experiencing problems on the email sent to potential candidates, when they have been referred a job by a friend. 

Currently, on our internal vacancy site and you 'refer a friend', an email is sent to the 'friend' with a hyperlink saying 'To access your candidate file, click here.'.

However, when the user clicks here, it doesnt link to anything. I have found the section 'Employee Referral Program URL' which I assume is what controls this hyperlink? And my question is what URL should I use to direct potential users to the right page?
