A new Dashboard publishing with Security

Hi, I have created a new dashboard which we want to publish as an HR dashboard. I have created a new page entry with static URL of the dashboard which upon clicking would take you to dashboard page. 

We want only the people with certain roles to see the dashboard and therefore I have used EL Expression to create a security for the page entry.

However, the security is working properly and people are able to view the dashboard but it doesn't appear in Navigator when logged on.
