Does Compensation security use person's "person security profile"??

Restrict the list of manager under Act as proxy manager

Hi,

We have created a global workforce compensation plan with manager hierarchy and needs to give access to country specific HR as act as proxy manager.

But need to restrict country specific HR with the list of managers which they can search under "Act as proxy manager" will be specific to that specific country but not all the managers from all the countries.

HR needs to support country specific manager to update or maintain the worksheet.

Please assist is any thought around this.
