Date Within - Future Dates

Looking to schedule a report that will run weekly and pull start dates in the future

I have an expected new hire report. I run it manually to say show me all new hires with a start date and then manually select from the Start Date calendar parameter today to 2 weeks out.  What I want to do is schedule this report to do this automatically for me. However the issue is that the Start Date Within parameter only has LAST days selections. So wondering if anyone else has tried this type of look ahead on a scheduled report and found a work around. *and scheduling a report with the Start Date parameter and say doing
