I know there is a way to create a URL for candidates to use when they apply that populates the source in the application automatically but can't remember how to set that up

I know there is a way to create a URL for candidates to use when they apply that populates the source in the application automatically but can't remember how to set that up. Does anyone have the layout of how to set up the sourcing link? I think it needs to contain the req # and the source ID if I remember correctly
