Catalog Widget Error

when clicking on the catalog widget we get an error

hi all,

anyone experiencing this issue,

The catalog widgets does not load, it gives an error telling "Sorry, there was an error rendering this widget. If this issue persists, please report the problem to an Administrator and reference this ID: 303824"
