Ability to turn off "Edit Submission" for candidates who have submitted a job specific application

I am looking to see if the ability to turn off "Edit Submission" for candidates who have submitted a job specific application exists

Do we have the ability to not allow candidates edit their submissions once they have submitted a job specific application? They could still edit their general profile and any future submissions. The desire is to have the job submission to be a stagnant version of what the candidate submitted so that we can demonstrate the information that the candidate was evaluated on for that role. I didn't see any settings for this in the career section configuration.
