What is Oracle's recommneded best practice for the customers who are planning to move from coexistence model to full install of HCM which includes Core HR, Benefits and Payroll? Oracle currently doesn't provide separate environments for conversion, devlopment and testing. The primary issue is around conversion especially when the client is trying to re-design the enterprise structure. During co-existence, we do not focus a lot on the redesign of the neterprise structure so we keep it same as the existing structure but with the core HR implementation the clients are thinkng of redesigning it but they are facing chalenges with the
