New Hire and adding contacts R12
Summary
New Hire and adding contactsContent
We are implementing Oracle R12. Ideally New Hires should enter their Date of Hire as the Effective Date for their Spouse and Child so that they are eligible to be covered under the plans immediately. However some of our employees will not follow directions and may enter the current date, which could be up to 30 days out, as the effective date. When the employee goes to enroll, the SP/CH is not displayed as an option to cover. Is there a way to Collaspe or somehow have the Spouse/Child's effective date overridden to the DOH?
