To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

I've been operating in a silo and wanted to reach out to this community to talk about alternative ways that you deal with Onboarding documentation, or how many CSWs that your company has. I am also interested in your application (one pass or two pass?) and if anyone's found a document retention process that your legal department loves.
