Time-based condition - Start Date - eOffer Process

We are experiencing issues with our start date condition.

Hi - we have a task condition to route to a specific Day 1 task. Condition uses the field Offer_WF.StartDate, Operator is Less than or equal to, value is 0. I understand that if a time-based condition has already been evaluated than it basically break the tasks. 

However, we are experiencing numerous scenarios where the condition has not been met, the Recruiter makes a start date change and the tasks breaking. (No longer available to execute, reassign or do anything to do). 

Examples: 

• Candidate original start date August 9th, on July 26th Recruiter updates the start date to August 2nd. Tasks breaks.
