Defaulting text in Job descriptions(Internal and External)

Hi All,

Is there any way to default some text in Job description in HTML perspective?like "Please enter the Job description".

In our case Hiring Manager to fill the job description,so when the recruiter creating a templates there needs to be some text in it and it is defaulted for all templates.

Please advice.
