Approval toggle not worker for MAC user

We have a req that needs to be approved by our CEO. He is on a MAC and when he goes into Taleo and clicks on the req that needs to be approved he does not get the drop down to approve and he doesn't have a way to click done or submit. We tested this out with other approvers and they were able to approve from this screen. The only difference is taht our CEO is using a MAC. Ideas on how to fix this?
