Oracle Fusion HCM Participant Feedback
Summary
how to identify different types of participants in the feedback resultsContent
Our company has a 360 Evaluation process for a select group of employees. We would like to use Oracle Fusion HCM performance management to handle this with the participant feedback task in mind. When conveying the feedback results to the employees, we need to have the results grouped by Self, Manager, Other and Direct Reports. Is there a way to identify or group the feedback results by different types of participants such as Direct Reports, Others and Managers?
