Users and Internal candidates unable to login using SSOContent
All,
Hi! All our users and internal employees are suddenly unable to login to Taleo because their SSO login is failing. Oracle has provided an update that our SSO Servers could have gone out of sync and suggesting the time on the servers be updated to the Automic time.
While the response seems correct, I am a bit surprised because we would have expected the same impact for our access to other sites like webex etc... But we don't see the issue. This has been downplayed by Oracle suggesting that those servers could have a different setting then compared to Oracle Taleo systems that follow the Atomic clock.
