To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

There is a very strong movement towards BANNING SALARY HISTORY QUESTIONS on candidate applications (see attached for details and scope). While right now, only a handful of states are implementing this ban, it's expected others will follow.
I expect this to create substantial work within Taleo so what are others planning to do to prepare for this? Will you modify existing Prescreening compensation questions or delete them altogether (and if so, are you contextualizing on a state-by-state basis or making it company-wide policy?)
Is Oracle developing a "batch" way to deactivate and/or replace these prescreening questions? For us, hundreds of reqs and Templates will be affected.
