Sources - how do they work?

Hello,

 

Please could users of taleo shed some light on Sources, on the Posting and Sourcing tab there is a Sources header, for each vacancy there is a list for example Indeed, Caterer etc.

 

Somehow, jobs posted are automatically been rendered on Indeed etc but I have no idea how, any tips or information on how to manage these?
