Adding an "as at" date prompt into a salary analysis

Adding an "as at" date prompt into a salary analysisContent
Evening all
I need to create an OTBI report that returns the salaries of employees at an entered date.
I've created the analysis but am struggling with the prompt section.
I thought I would use the "Salary Change Date" but if I use a prompt, it is only giving me results that match this date. I don't want to use a between prompt because this requires the from date to be correct to capture everyone.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks
