Self-Service - Dropping dependent/Divorce
Summary
Best Practices with Self-Service - Dropping dependent/DivorceContent
We are moving from a different HRIS to Oracle. With our current system and Self-Service, employees are able to drop a dependent due to aging out/no longer eligible and/or legal separation/divorce. This triggers a Life event to update/change benefits. Therefore the employee is able to drop/end his dependent, change to divorce and update benefits all at the same instance within self-service. We are not able to figure out how to do this within Oracle Self-Service.
How do others handle this?
