Broadbean integration advice - individual user accounts

Hello,

 

We need some advice and guidance around setting up broadbean accounts.

The intention was to have individual accounts for employee (hiring manager) although in the Job Board Accounts screen the Account Specific Name* field needs to be unique, this means we can only set-up the account once and therefore all hiring managers have access to post via broadbean and therefore we cannot control which job boards individual users have access to.

 

Have we misunderstood something, how do other companies set-up user accounts?
