Is it Possible to Migrate New Legal Entity Setup between PODs

Is it possible to migrate a new Legal Entity and all the Benefit setup between environments.  We do not wish to do this for existing LE's but for a couple of new ones.  The Benefits setup is very lengthy and so to ensure the correct details are migrated between environments, we'd like to know of a way to migrate just the new LE details.
