Keen to hear how other companies manage the collection of bank details.
One option is to add a new form as part of on boarding to request them at this point - although not keen on the delivery method and storing bank details both in the candidate database and then in the HR system (HCM Cloud).
At present we're asking new starters to add their bank details into HCM Cloud on their first day but many are forgetting - even though it means they won't get paid via BACS! - how does you company manage the both crucial yet sensitive and security conscious data collection process for a smooth employee on boarding experience?
