Edit Offer Approval screen on behalf of Candidate?

Can we edit the page layout for approving the offer letter on behalf of the candidate?

Can we edit the page layout for approving the offer letter on behalf of the candidate? We clicked "Accept" on behalf of the candidate because they physically signed an offer letter, and we were given the option to upload that document. We did, but now cannot find where the document was uploaded to. If I can edit the accept screen, my thought is that I can find where the document is being saved.
