How do you keep track of your Hiring Managers' ActivityContent
Hospital in South Texas 2k to 3k employees. I have about thirty or so hiring managers that we usually route applications to. We are thinking about giving the Hiring Managers access to Taleo. Does anyone have any tips on how we can manage their activity? How do your hiring managers let you know who they are proceeding with, declining, rejecting, etc.? I know they can easily go in and change statuses, enter comments and other notes, but do you know of any other practices that make it more efficient?
