Candidate Education/Work Experience Reporting
Summary
How to report on Top Schools when candidates enter School Name in different waysContent
Does anyone have creative ways to report on the top schools from which candidates are applying, given that candidates enter (or the resume is parsed) the school name in a number of different ways (they include their specific college, spell or abbreviate pieces of the name).
For example, in one small subset of reporting, we have the University of Michigan entered nine different ways and Michigan State University entered 7 different ways.
Any thoughts on how to accurately report how many candidates come from these schools? This same issue would apply to the Work Experience Employer's Name as well.
