Requsition Specific Questions gets overwritten

Hi

I have 2 requisitions and have the same set of questions on both the Requisitions - we want to get the same details from the candidate- example: Any dates they are not available in the next couple of months. Salary expectation etc,

Now when a candidate applies to both the requisitions the answers are not unique they get overwritten. Is this the expectation?   I think it should be Requisition specific as name indicates. Please advise if I am doing something wrong....
