Goal Listing Report not returning any values since R12 upgrade

We have a Goal Listing Report which is no longer returning any results. All values are selected in the Filters. No changes have been made to the Goals rating models or Goal Setup.
In the Criteria, if we remove the 'Goal Name is not Null' then results return but no value in the Goal Name column. I expect there could be a missing link to allow this data to be returned.
Any ideas most welcome.
