If you all would be so kind, I'd like some help in thinking of a good way to track teacher professional development (PD) in Learn. I work at an organization that manages 85 charter schools (in 9 different states!). Nearly all of the school-based PDs are ILTs. Each school has a designated PD coordinator. Of course, granting these coordinators permissions to edit and manage ILTs is undesirable for perhaps a number of reasons, but particularly because creating ILTs in Learn is just too difficult and time-consuming.
