Anyone has used competencies in fusion talent management suite? We have performance documents both for interim and annual to capture ratings and reward employees, however we are looking to exploit the system more and use the competencies bit - I understand we can create Competency Framework Document and roll out to employees ,  upon which they will be rated based on the competencies level how far they have achieved through their job role demand.

These competencies are shown on the radar chart under my profile/my portrait with blue and red colors to show the minimum level and attained level..
