Customer Cannot Access Taleo Metrics Portal

Team - need guidance. Customer cannot access the Taleo Metrics Portal.

They get the following error:

Access is Denied

Please validate with your TEE Zone Administrator to get the group Metrics Portal Access.

The customer user is the Zone Administrator himself.

Note: This is government POD.

Any suggestions?
