Updating employee email addresses

I have to update email addresses of set employees. I used following metalinks referring Oracle documents.

METADATA|PersonEmail|EmailAddressId|PersonId|PersonNumber|DateFrom|DateTo|EmailType|EmailAddress|PrimaryFlag|GUID|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId
 

When uploading I got an error saying Source System ID is invalid. 

Does any body know how to find the correct Source System ID which relates to the previous email record of the employee?
