Employee Termination using HDL

Recently I have terminated set of employees using HDL. I used following mentioned Metadata Values.

Worker.dat

METADATA|WorkRelationship|LegalEmployerName|PersonNumber|DateStart|WorkerType|ActionCode|TerminateWorkRelationshipFlag|ActualTerminationDate|LastWorkingDate|NotifiedTerminationDate|Comments

User.dat

METADATA|User|PersonNumber|Suspended 

But I got to know that both Workterms and Assignment MetaData Lines also need to pass when proceeding termination.

Any way now terminated employees are inactive. Is there any impact from this to future activities?

Is there a way to correct this?
