Can we push Outlook information to Taleo instead of Oracle accessing our Outlook

Hi, 


We would like to integrate Outlook to Taleo however we are a very closed network. Is there a way to push our Outlook calendar information to Taleo? Has any other organizations with tight security added Interview Scheduling? If you have, how did you do it?
