I have enabled a DFF in HRG_GOAL with display type as checkbox. The field is appear unchecked even if the field is checked and value exists in database. I checked the field for an existing goal and saved it. Now if I go back and see the goal again, the field is appears to be unchecked even though the value exist in database.
