Is anyone using the Capture Expectations Feature in Taleo Recruiting?

Can we remove those fields from capture expectations but not making an offer?

Hi everyone,

Due to new legislation where we will not be able to ask candidates their current salary, we want to begin using the capture expectations functionality in Taleo.  However, when you do, ALL of the offer fields appear, which don't make sense for capturing expectations.   I'm wondering if there is a way to remove those fields just for capture expectations, but not when making an offer?   I don't think so, since they are the same form essentially, but wanted to ask.
