Has anyone built a workaround for the new authentication process?
Content
Our Chief Executives are struggling with their authentication process. Their user IDs aren't always "saving" and get locked out often with incorrect passwords (even though I've sat with them to click "Yes" when asked if they want the browser to save the password information). I don't know if they are trying on their mobile phones or using different computers. I can't really ask many questions. In theory, I was thinking of building SSO but only assigning to these users, but don't know it that's even possible or if it will mitigate the issues they are experiencing.
Has anyone else had to build a work-around for their highest level users? Our executives really want to be in the approval process, so a blanket approval won't help in this case. Is there anything system-wide anyone can suggest?
