Agency portal submissions automatic email

Summary

We would like to create an automatic email for all candidates submitted via the agency portal

Currently when agencies submit candidates through the agency portal we are sending an email to invite the candidates to go on to our Career Site and complete the application. Is there a way to set up an automatic email that is only for candidates submitted through the agency portal?

 

We do not have them set up to come in to the system with any special step/status
