Mass Invite Candidates to Tier 2

Are we able to send invitations to apply to our Tier 2 application to more than 1 candidate at a time?

Our issue is when we select multiple candidates in the candidate list view, we can only change the req-based status to Invite. It doesn't actually send the Invite email.
