Requirement:

We have a requirement in regards to Compensation worksheet letters. For the Salary Review Plan, Mace use different Templates (precisely 5 different templates) for different scenarios and the Letter Body is different as part of salary review Mace also do promotions and the letter text varies slightly based on the grade being promoted too.

Currently we have configured 5 different Templates under the same Statement Group. But the real challenge is the compensation worksheet user will have to select the individual template *MANUALLY* to generate the Letters. This is a big manual  intervention selecting template manually, the other challenge is the compensation worksheet don’t know which Template letter is applicable for which employee as on the Statement/ Communications Tab Type we have the following displayable Columns i.e. the new grade is not displayed:
